Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Senior Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and architecture oversight for large-scale digital solutions supporting operational systems. The role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple business units.
The successful candidate will lead solution architecture initiatives, guide development teams, ensure adherence to enterprise standards, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality systems aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions supporting business-critical applications.
- Define application architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, and security frameworks.
- Develop reusable architectural patterns and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
Application Development & Integration
- Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure services, and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
- Design integrations between internal and external systems including finance, loan management, and data platforms.
- Implement workflow automation and document management systems for operational applications.
- Develop scalable API-based integrations and microservices architectures.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Design and deploy applications using Azure / AWS cloud services.
- Utilize cloud tools such as Azure Web Apps, Functions, KeyVault, AppInsights, and container-based platforms.
- Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms including SAP, data lakes, and analytics systems.
Governance & Security
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, architecture standards, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement authentication, authorization, and data protection standards.
- Participate in architecture review boards and ensure solutions meet organizational guidelines.
Technical Delivery & Team Leadership
- Lead large development teams including on-site and offshore resources.
- Oversee vendor and consultant deliverables ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) and MVP development to validate new technology solutions.
- Explore innovative technologies such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enhance digital capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft .NET Framework / C#
- Microsoft Dynamics architecture and customization
- ASP.NET, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Azure Cloud Services
- Azure Active Directory (B2B/B2E authentication)
- DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Version control tools (TFS or Git)
- Monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppInsights
Data & Integration Skills
- Azure Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Power BI
- ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory or Informatica
- API gateways and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI / Machine Learning model development
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks
- Exposure to enterprise data platforms and analytics ecosystems
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Solutions Architect (AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI)
- SAFe for Architects (ARCH)
- SAFe DevOps (SDP)
