Key Requirements

- Proven experience in:
- Managing high-pressure delivery situations
- Driving accountability and ownership across teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills:
- Able to influence, align, and push back when needed
- Communicates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Prior experience with GenAI / chatbot / API-based architectures
- Understanding of:
- Prompt engineering, embeddings, and response optimisation
- AWS, especially services such as Bedrock, API Gateway, Lambda, EC2 / Containers
- (Good to have) Malay language proficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Management
- Lead triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking
- Reduce critical/high-severity issues
- Expectation Management
- Align stakeholders on realistic delivery scope and timelines
- Communicate trade-offs (accuracy vs latency, features vs stability)
- Delivery Oversight
- Identify gaps and prioritise quick wins vs long-term fixes
- Ensure stability across frontend, backend, and GenAI components
- Improve avatar response quality (voice, gestures, etc.)
