Profile Requirements

Takes accountability for team and project results, generates creative solutions and innovative insights, responsible for driving and sustaining change, productively resolves conflicts and integrates diverse views, and actively develops team members.

. Develop vision, roadmap, architecture, and strategic adoption of enterprise mission critical software solutions.

. Set vision, future direction, ensure strategic adoption of the Enterprise Reference Architecture.

. Research emerging technologies in cloud and lead strategic adoption.

. Contribute to Solution Architecture COE.

. Set guidelines and best practices for functional design and technical architecture.

. Mentor and train Lead Software Architects.

EXPERIENCE: 1

14+ years software engineering, minimum of 5 years as a solution architect; expert in multiple skill sets, business areas, and products.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

Mastery of relevant programming languages - Java, .Net, etc. - SQL, system integration, OOD, SOA, UML, business process modeling.

Minimum 3 years experience implementing modern enterprise software development architecture including Event Driven architecture, Microservices, and DevOps culture.

Experience in cloud tech and emerging technologies

Development across varying platforms - Application servers, etc.; skills necessary to utilize Cloud technologies, SaaS, MQ in developing software solutions. Familiar with full stack development model.
