We at Coforge are hiring Solution Architect with the following skillset:
Requirements:
- Build and scale architecture, delivery, and solution teams across global locations.
- Lead solutioning and presales for enterprise pursuits, including RFP responses, effort estimation, deal strategy, and client presentations.
- Drive large ECM modernization and transformation programs with strong governance, quality, and compliance.
- Establish frameworks for content ingestion, metadata/taxonomy, workflows, security models, retention, and cloud migrations.
- Lead technical direction across Documentum, OpenText, Hyland OnBase, Nuxeo, Alfresco, IBM FileNet, SharePoint Online, and SaaS/cloud-native content services.
- Integrate GenAI for auto-classification, metadata extraction, summarization, intelligent routing, and unstructured content analysis.
- Manage partner relationships with OpenText, Hyland, Microsoft, IBM, and cloud vendors; build joint GTM motions and solution showcases.
- Develop competency models, certification paths, and mentoring plans for architects and engineers.
Required Experience
- 1520+ years in ECM with deep hands-on solutioning experience
- Strong expertise in Documentum architecture (D2, xPlore, workflows, ingestion, migration)
- Experience delivering programs on OpenText (Content Suite, Core Content, Exstream), Hyland OnBase, Alfresco, Nuxeo, IBM FileNet, and SharePoint Online
- Experience driving cloud migrations, content modernization, workflow automation, and API-first content architectures
- Exposure to GenAI-enabled content intelligence and automation use cases
- Strong experience working with regulated industries (BFSI, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector)
