Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior RPA & Intelligent Automation Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate. This role focuses on solution architecture, complex delivery, PreSales/RFP support, and customer advisory, with contributions to reusable assets and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise-grade RPA and AI-driven automation solutions
- Provide hands-on architectural guidance across UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate, Blue Prism
- Support RFPs, RFIs, solution estimates, and technical presentations
- Engage directly with customers for architecture reviews, design workshops, and roadmaps
- Apply AI capabilities such as Document Understanding, IQ Bot, AI Builder, Copilot in solutions
- Review solution designs, guide teams, and ensure delivery quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism
- Solid understanding of enterprise RPA architecture, governance, and scalability
- Experience integrating RPA with AI/ML, OCR, NLP, and cloud AI services
- Proven customer-facing, presales, and solutioning experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Relevant RPA / Power Platform certifications
- Exposure to GenAI-enabled automation, copilots, and intelligent workflows
