Role Overview

As an Associate Omnichannel, you will serve as the primary liaison between top-tier brands and our internal cross-functional teams (Tech, Operations, Bizfin, and Category). You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of brand management, from initial onboarding and cataloguing to strategic growth and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

Account & Relationship Management

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for brands and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Cataloguing & Go-Live: Oversee listing activities and rigorously maintain Turnaround Time (TAT) schedules for new stores and sub-brands.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed trackers to monitor progress and consistently achieve weekly targets.

Strategic Growth & Planning

  • Brand Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market presence.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Analyze market trends to suggest effective discounting strategies to brand partners.
  • Financial Planning: Propose marketing budgets aligned with GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and NGMV targets.
  • Inventory Optimization: Monitor live price points and ensure healthy inventory levels are maintained at all times.

Operations & Business Development

  • Operational Excellence: Resolve seller payout discrepancies and cataloguing issues; escalate and close tech/order flow hurdles in collaboration with the Tech and Ops teams.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Scale existing brands through store and category expansion while increasing inventory exposure.
  • New Brand Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential brand partners, guiding them through the entire onboarding and go-live process.
