Essential Skills & Experience

712 years across telecom/OSS architecture or solution design; hands-on delivery of OSS automation at scale.

OSS domains: service activation, assurance, inventory, fault/performance management; practical experience integrating these capabilities.

Strong knowledge of TM Forum ODA/Open APIs, ETOM/NGOSS; demonstrable API-first design.

Experience with Blue Planet Inventory and service orchestrators (e.g., Cisco NSO); data/telemetry pipelines; observability tooling.

Cloud-native microservices (containers/Kubernetes), GitOps/CI-CD for OSS integrations, Infrastructure as Code.

Desirable

Designing knowledge planes/graphs and digital twins for OSS assurance/fulfilment.

Exposure to AI/ML-driven assurance and autonomous network frameworks.

Certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, TM Forum training; MEF/IETF/3GPP familiarity
