Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Lead solution design, data architecture, security, governance, and integration strategy.

Develop and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and related technologies.

Provide technical leadership on development standards, DevOps, CI/CD, and best practices.

Collaborate with global teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive innovation and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities.

Required Skills

7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a Solution Architect role.

Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, REST/SOAP integrations.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security, governance, and DevOps tools.

Salesforce Developer, Experience Cloud, and AI Specialist certifications.

Preferred

Salesforce Architect Certifications.

Experience with Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM, Power BI.

Exposure to MuleSoft, Informatica, Snowflake, Talend, and Agile methodologies.
