Education & Experience
Essential Criteria Qualification:
- B.E / B. Tech (in any stream) / MCA / MSc (CS/IT) or Post- graduation in (CS/IT)
Experience:
- 12 years of work experience with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect
- A minimum of two years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or other hands-on leadership role in the IT industry.
Desirable Criteria:
- Prior exposure working with the large size government IT/ e- Governance projects would be preferred.
- TOGAF/equivalent certification
- Exposure with Cloud Architecture, solutioning and deployment experience
Job Objective
The Solution Architect is responsible for the development of the technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the organization's architectural plan.
Primary responsibilities
- Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) and ensure their alignment with the organization's architectural plan.
- Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the organization's architecture and maximize the return on technology investment.
- Suggest & implement enterprise architecture, define and design technology solutions to assist the organization in meeting their business objectives.
- Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes.
- Identify system, infrastructure and project interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure project deliverables are achieved
- Planning the server infra meeting out the business requirements.
- Identify implementation challenges, dependencies and integration points.
- Provisioning of AI and AI assisted utilities in the proposed architecture.
- Capabilities of designing the AI enabled system architecture.
- FRS, SRS, Modelling and HLD
- Recommending the Technology Stacks as per enterprise business objectives
- Cost benefit analysis on technology investment
- Service design procedure and service delivery processes
- Planning Backup, disaster, storage and security plan
- Configuration management.

Skills Required
- Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy.
- Experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly document management, collaboration and content management.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills.
- Ability to develop solution architecture designs
- Ability in completing the lift and shift of brownfield projects.
- Should have the exposure of data centers/cloud operations
- Exposure with Data migration activity.
