Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and other technical staff, helping to build a high-performing team and supporting the development of individual team members
Collaborate with other departments, including product management, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure that engineering projects align with the company's overall strategy and goals
Evaluate and select technologies and tools for use in engineering projects, taking into account factors such as scalability, security, and performance
Oversee the testing and deployment of engineering projects, ensuring that they are thoroughly tested and meet all required specifications before release
Monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for future enhancements
Experience leading a team of engineers, with strong leadership and management skills
