B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from a reputed institution.
814 years of progressive software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
Proven track record of designing and shipping large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms serving enterprise or government clients.
Deep expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven systems using Apache Kafka, and REST/GraphQL API design.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, C SpringBoot for backend systems, and proficiency in at least one additional backend language: Python, Node.js, Go, or C#.
Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular for frontend architecture and portal design.
Strong cloud expertise on Microsoft Azure (primary) including compute, storage, messaging, and serverless services and working knowledge of AWS. Azure certification (AZ-305 or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Experience with document processing pipelines PDF parsing, OCR, image processing, or document intelligence systems.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure- as-Code (Terraform/Bicep).
Strong understanding of security best practices, data encryption, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP basics, government data handling).
Experience architecting agentic AI workflows and embedding AI tooling within the software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills ability to articulate complex architecture decisions to non- technical stakeholders, including government officials.
