Lead the design and development of end-to-end technical solutions, taking into account business requirements, scalability, performance, and security considerations. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Conduct architecture assessments, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools that align with our technical strategy and meet project requirements. Define and maintain architectural principles, standards, and guidelines, promoting consistency and quality across projects. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, continuously refining and enhancing our technical capabilities. Review and approve system designs and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization to enhance the efficiency of our development practices. Experience of setting up high availability API interface in Azure Experience of setting up high performance ( Very good understanding of containerization of Python programs Experience building Node APIs. Build components that meet non-functional requirements Ability to support architecture with experience and research ( for new components ) Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment Mandatory Skill Set: Node (Backend) Minimum 2 years - Mandatory React (Knowledge / Experience ) Minimum 1 year - Mandatory Microservices (Mandatory) Azure Experience 2+ years: Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB Terraform (Mandatory) Unit Testing (Mandatory) Front end Technology experience 20% Experience on - Design experience , Legacy Modernization.
