Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions for our clients and internal platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, best practices, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives
- Create solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration plans
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and recommendations
- Present solutions, technical designs, and architecture to CXO and senior client stakeholders
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure proper implementation
- Mentor and guide technical teams on architecture standards and best practices
- Conduct design and code reviews to maintain solution quality
Innovation & Research
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
- Propose innovative solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and business outcomes
- Evaluate vendor solutions and third-party integrations for enterprise adoption
Governance & Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, standards, and processes
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in architecture review boards and technology governance meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 712 years of experience in solution architecture, software design, or enterprise IT consulting
- Proven experience in designing complex IT solutions for enterprise clients
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, GCC projects, or global enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and DevOps practices
- Certifications like TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Architect
