Job Description

Job Title: Solution Architect

Job Type: Remote

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / B.E. in Computer Science / IT

Experience: 10+ Years

Technical Skills Required:

  • Minimum 10+ years in infrastructure/solution architecture, with expertise in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale EUC and Digital Workspace solutions.
  • Strong expertise in virtualization technologies, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in networking, storage, Active Directory (AD), DNS, file servers, and security solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in designing solutions for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization.
  • Experience in sizing large-scale environments.
  • Proven experience in handling and managing large-scale enterprise and strategic customers.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong client engagement and account management capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor, inspire, and drive organizational learning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement end-user computing (EUC) solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving client and market needs.
  • Partner with engineering teams to co-develop new features and ensure alignment of infrastructure initiatives with product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with presales teams to design and deliver technical bootcamps, enabling teams with future-ready skills.
  • Contribute to the creation of blogs, white papers, validated designs, design templates, and architecture frameworks.
  • Work closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) function to support training initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and technology leader within the Customer Success function, helping upskill Professional Services and Technical Support teams.
  • Provide quality assurance for documentation created by Professional Services and Presales teams.
  • Represent the organization as a technology leader in front of customers.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity products, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools.
