Technical Skills Required
- Minimum 10+ years in infrastructure/solution architecture, with expertise in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale EUC and Digital Workspace solutions.
- Strong expertise in Virtualization technologies, Windows and Linux OS.
- Proficiency in networking, storage, AD, DNS, file servers, and security solutions.
- Hands-on experience in designing solutions for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization.
- Hands-on experience in sizing large-scale environments.
- Experience in handling and managing Large Scale, Enterprise, and Strategic customers.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments.
- Proven client engagement and account management capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor, inspire, and drive organizational learning.
Good to Have
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity products, ZTNA.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools.

Role and Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement end-user computing (EUC) solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving client and market needs.
- Partner with Engineering teams to co-develop new features and ensure alignment of infrastructure initiatives with product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Presales to design and deliver technical bootcamps, empowering teams with future-ready skills.
- Contribute to creating blogs, white papers, validated designs, design templates, and architecture templates.
- Collaborate with the L&D function for trainings.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technology leader under the Customer Success function, helping in upskilling Professional Services and Technical Support teams.
- Provide Quality Assurance for the documentation created by the Professional Services and Pre-Sales teams.
- Represent as a Technology Leader in front of customers.
- Open to travel.
