Job Description

Role Summary:

A practice support lead based in India, dedicated to the NVIDIA ecosystem unit. This role focuses on developing pacakaged sales offers, Sales plays and sales collateral and pre-sales support for the BD teams. By operating from HCL's Center of Excellence (CoE), this person ensures EMEA support coverage for proposals and leverages India's talent pool to scale content creation (demos, case studies, RFP responses).

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Collateral Development: Create and maintain a library of up-to-date offerings, proposals, and whitepapers for NVIDIA-aligned solutions . Work with the Lead Architect to translate technical capabilities into client-facing value propositions. Continuously update content with the latest success stories, benchmarks, and NVIDIA product updates.

Pre-Sales Support: Act as the single point of contact for BD Leads when they need customized decks, proposals, or demos for client pursuits. Coordinate quickly to gather inputs (technical, delivery) and produce high-quality materials under tight timelines.

Offerings & GTM Development: help formulate industry-specific propositions that the practice can take to market. For example, develop packaged solutions for Smart Manufacturing (using NVIDIA AI) or AI in Healthcare, including defined use-cases and ROI frameworks. Ensure these offerings are well-documented and marketed internally and externally.

Internal Coordination: Engage with HCLTech's central marketing, training, and alliance teams to ensure alignment. Organize internal capability-building calls, training sessions, and learning badge programs on NVIDIA technologies for the wider technical community (supporting the practice's skill-building KPIs).

Knowledge Management: Establish a knowledge repository for the NVIDIA practice case studies, competitive intelligence, best practices from engagements to shorten sales cycles and enable re-use of knowledge across regions.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: 12- years in IT solutioning or pre-sales roles, such as Solution Architect, Bid Manager, or Technical Consultant. Experience in creating large deal proposals and supporting global sales teams is important.

Technical/Domain Know-how: Solid understanding of AI concepts and enterprise IT solutions. Direct experience with NVIDIA technologies is a plus but not mandatory; must be able to learn quickly and interface with technical experts. Strong PowerPoint and documentation skills to create compelling storylines.

Organizational Skills: Excellent project management and coordination skills; able to handle multiple proposal requests in parallel and deliver on time. Attention to detail and quality in written deliverables.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable working remotely with senior leadership. Proactive attitude to take ownership of building the practice's narrative and not just responding to requests.

Education: Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science or related field. MBA or equivalent exposure to business side is beneficial.

Location: India flexible to work European hours as needed. (Though a mid-level Level 4/5 position , this role is pivotal for scaling the practice's reach and ensuring consistency of our value proposition. An internal candidate with strong solutioning background could fit well, otherwise external.)
