Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions with deep expertise in Qualtrics, AWS, and enterprise experience platforms. This role combines technical architecture, hands-on development, and client engagement to build scalable, secure integration solutions across industries including banking, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and aviation. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end solutioning from requirements discovery through implementation and serve as a trusted advisor on platform customization, data automation, and cloud-native transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Discovery & Pre-Sales:

• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution scoping, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
• Document requirements, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Solution Architecture & Design:

• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Design end-to-end architectures encompassing applications, integrations, data flows, infrastructure, and APIs.
• Lead the design and implementation of Qualtrics XM solutions across CX, EX, PX, and Brand Experience.
• Develop integrations with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, messaging gateways, data warehouses, kiosk systems, and BI tools.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams on cloud-native and engineering best practices.

Client Advisory & Strategy:

• Align technical solutions with client business objectives and future scalability needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business recommendations.
• Present solution strategies and insights to executive leadership.

Program Governance:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from scoping and design through implementation and client enablement.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, compliance requirements, and delivery best practices.

Scalability & Innovation:

• Build reusable frameworks and accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Design future-ready architectures that evolve with client needs and technological advancements.
• Lead development of serverless applications using Node.js, Python, and React.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Current Qualtrics certification with hands-on expertise in Qualtrics CX and EX.
• Strong experience with AWS and familiarity with Azure and GCP.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, SQL, React, Angular, HTML/CSS, Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, and Qualtrics AI capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect and advanced Qualtrics certifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, Voice of Customer programs, employee engagement frameworks, and data analytics.
