Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workforce Software (WFS) Senior Consultant / Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Compliance, and Reporting, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver effective workforce management solutions, oversee integrations with enterprise systems, and provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end WFS solutions, lead technical design sessions, and develop solution blueprints based on client requirements.
Implementation & Configuration: Configure Workforce Software modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Forecasting. Develop and test custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
Client Engagement: Conduct requirements-gathering workshops, provide strategic recommendations, and serve as a subject matter expert during pre-sales and project delivery.
Project Leadership: Manage small to mid-sized implementation projects, monitor timelines and budgets, ensure client satisfaction, and mentor junior consultants.
System Integration: Design and implement interfaces using APIs and ETL tools, including integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform unit and system testing, validate solutions against business requirements, and resolve integration and performance issues.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and support standard and custom reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements

Extensive experience in Workforce Software implementation.
Strong hands-on expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting.
Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML scripting.
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and ETL tools.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading technical discussions and managing implementation deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Payroll integrations.
Workforce Software certifications in Time, ACT, or Interfaces.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Cognos.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HRIS, Information Technology, or a related field.
