Role Information:
As a Solutions Architect - Delivery at Refold, you will be the primary owner of post-sales customer engagements, responsible for translating presales intent into successful delivery and measurable customer outcomes. You will lead delivery planning, discovery refinement, project management, and customer communication, ensuring implementations stay aligned with business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of consulting, delivery leadership, and customer trust, and enjoys owning complex enterprise engagements end-to-end.
- Team: Small, high-impact delivery team working closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Founders
- Focus: Post-sales delivery, project management, value realization, customer partnerships
- Customers: CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Integration Leaders at Fortune 500 and high-growth SaaS companies
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end customer engagements ensuring delivery aligns with business intent, success criteria, and timelines defined during presales.
- Plan and manage implementation phases, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate closely with Solutions Engineers to ensure workflows are built according to agreed-upon scope and priorities.
- Lead detailed post-sales discovery and alignment workshops to refine requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Translate business objectives and integration needs into clear, actionable BRDs and implementation plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during delivery, managing expectations and maintaining executive alignment.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships by consistently delivering clarity, confidence, and results..
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand platform usage, optimize existing workflows, or introduce new use cases.
- Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating impact and aligning future initiatives to customer priorities.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, surface platform gaps, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, challenging assumptions and recommending approaches that best solve core business problems.
- Bridge communication between business and technical audiences, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- 36+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution delivery, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong project management skills with experience running multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interactions.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, workflows, or automation platforms.
- Ability to guide technical discussions without needing to be hands-on with code.
- Structured problem-solving mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, or Workday.
- Familiarity with iPaaS or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, Merge)
- Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or business systems analysis.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system connectivity concepts.
- Startup or early-stage company experience.
