Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Architect to lead the design and evolution of a scalable, secure, and cloud-native Insurance Marketplace platform. The role involves defining enterprise-grade architecture, driving microservices and event-driven systems, and ensuring seamless integrations with insurers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, data, integrations, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Design scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot and event-driven systems with Kafka.
• Architect secure APIs and integrations with insurers, payment gateways, KYC providers, and third-party platforms.
• Optimize platform performance using Redis, MySQL (AWS RDS), and MongoDB.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, observability, security, and compliance standards.
• Provide architectural guidance for Flutter-based applications and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software engineering/architecture with 3–5 years as a Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in:
• Java Spring Boot & Microservices
• AWS Cloud Architecture
• Kafka/Event-Driven Systems
• MySQL (RDS), MongoDB, Redis
• REST APIs, OAuth2, JWT, CI/CD, Observability
• Experience designing high-scale distributed systems.
• Preferred domain exposure in Insurance, BFSI, or FinTech platforms.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
