AjnaLens is looking for a Principal Solution Architect – DevOps, Infrastructure & Security to join our leadership team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). This is a strategic, high-impact role for a seasoned technology leader who will define and drive the organization's end-to-end architecture vision across infrastructure, DevOps, and enterprise security.
The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in architecting and scaling complex, high-availability systems, with proven leadership in driving cloud transformation, DevSecOps maturity, and enterprise-grade security frameworks. This role demands strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to align technology strategy with business outcomes.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Own and define the enterprise-wide architecture roadmap across cloud, on-prem, DevOps, and security domains aligned with long-term business strategy.
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices by embedding security, compliance, and automation into CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows.
- Lead governance on system reliability, scalability, performance, and security, including incident response strategy and risk management frameworks.
Minimum Work Experience Required:
- 10–15+ years of experience in solution architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and enterprise security.
- 5+ years in a leadership or principal architect role, driving large-scale distributed systems and cross-functional initiatives.
Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:
- Deep expertise in multi-cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) including networking, IAM, high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and platform automation at scale.
- Extensive experience in DevOps and DevSecOps ecosystems, including CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), security tooling, and compliance automation.
- Strong command over containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern microservices/event-driven architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise security architecture, including zero-trust models, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
Full-Stack & System Awareness:
- Holistic understanding of application architecture (backend, APIs, data systems) to guide engineering decisions at scale.
- Strong grounding in networking, system design, distributed systems, and performance engineering.
- Familiarity with modern frontend ecosystems for enabling internal platforms, dashboards, and observability tools.
Leadership & Strategic Capabilities:
- Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing engineering, DevOps, and security teams.
- Experience in defining architecture governance frameworks, best practices, and engineering standards.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence executive decisions and align cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in building documentation ecosystems including architecture blueprints, SOPs, and runbooks, along with driving organization-wide knowledge transfer.
