Role details:

• Title / Designation:Solutions Architect
• Location: Chennai
• Experience: 8 to 14 years

Role & responsibilities:

• Design scalable cloud and data architectures

• Convert business needs into technical solutions

• Build and review production data pipelines and platforms

• Lead architecture discussions and technical workshops

• Improve system performance, cost efficiency, and reliability

• Implement engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, data quality)

• Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards

Candidate requirements:

• 8-14+ years of experience in data engineering or platform engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark for data processing

• Experience with data warehouses/lakehouse platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, or Databricks

• Knowledge of orchestration tools like Airflow, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or Prefect

• Familiarity with streaming technologies such as Kafka

• Experience with ELT frameworks (dbt or similar)

• Strong DevOps exposure with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform

• Understanding of data modeling, governance, and observability concepts

• Proven architecture and production delivery experience

• Comfortable in client-facing environments and leading technical discussions

• Hands-on problem solver who enjoys coding and debugging

• Structured, pragmatic thinker with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
