Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Manage and support public/private cloud environments and hosted applications across platforms.
  2. Conduct solution deployments, technical testing, performance validation, and change management.
  3. Troubleshoot incidents and support customizations, including groovy scripts and integrations.
  4. Collaborate on automation, monitoring, logging, and stability improvements across systems.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Administer Linux/Windows environments, RHEL, and cloud tools (AWS, Kubernetes).
  2. Work with web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat), LDAP, Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server databases.
  3. Implement scripts using PowerShell, PERL, Shell, Puppet, or Python.
  4. Ensure ITIL-compliant service operations, including networking, storage, and firewall configurations.
