Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Support full stack of public/private cloud and hosted web applications.
  2. Assist with platform solution deployments, monitoring, incident resolution, and upgrades.
  3. Implement performance validation, regression testing, and solution change management.
  4. Provide L2/L3 support for solution incidents and OEMs related to databases and platform technologies.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Administer RedHat Linux, web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache), and databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  2. Manage LDAP, multi-platform OS environments (Windows/Linux), and network configurations.
  3. Script with PowerShell, PERL, Python, or UNIX Shell for task automation.
  4. Work with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, and ensure operational efficiency across solutions.
