As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be the technical and strategic bridge between a prospect's complex operational reality and eZintegrations platform capabilities. You will own the full pre-sales motion, from discovery through POC delivery, while confidently engaging at the C-suite level and navigating the intricacies of enterprise ERP ecosystems.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You will not just present slides; you will configure live environments, build proofs-of-concept, craft solution narratives, and close the technical gap that converts enterprise interest into signed deals.
Job Description
Discovery & Solution Design
Lead structured discovery sessions to understand a prospect's current-state architecture, integration pain points, and automation maturity
Map business requirements to eZintegrations four pillars: iPaaS/Workflow Automation, AI Workflows, AI Agents, and Agentic AI (Goldfinch AI)
Design end-to-end solution architectures that span ERP, SCM, PLM, CX, and adjacent enterprise systems
Product Configuration & POC Delivery
Configure eZintegrations platform environments to reflect the prospect's specific use case, not generic demos
Build and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) independently, including live integrations with source and target systems
Leverage Agentic AI (Goldfinch AI) native out-of-the-box agent tools including Knowledge Base Vector Search, Document Intelligence, Data Analysis, Data Analytics with Charts/Graphs/Dashboards, Web Crawling, Watcher Tools, API Tool Call, Integration Workflow as Tool, and Integration Flow as MCP to demonstrate tangible AI-driven automation valu
Demo Execution & Executive Engagement
Deliver compelling, persona-driven product demonstrations tailored to the audience, from technical architects to C-level executives
Handle deep technical Q&A on integration patterns, API protocols, data transformation, and platform architecture
Participate in executive briefings, presenting business value narratives alongside technical capability
Proposal & Content Development
Prepare solution decks, technical architecture diagrams, and RFP/RFI responses
Collaborate with product and marketing on competitive differentiation positioning
Maintain and contribute to a reusable pre-sales asset library: demo scripts, use case templates, ROI models
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Account Executives to align on deal strategy and customer-facing communication
Provide structured feedback loops to Product and Engineering based on prospect objections and feature gaps
Support post-sale handoff to Customer Success with detailed solution documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Enterprise Systems Knowledge
Hands-on understanding of at least two of the following: ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics), SCM, PLM, or CX platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot)
Ability to map ERP data models, business objects, and process flows in the context of integration and automation
Integration & API Expertise
Proficient in REST, SOAP, and GraphQL API protocols, able to read API specs, construct calls, and debug payloads
Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or equivalent)
Familiarity with integration patterns: event-driven, batch, pub/sub, webhooks, and ETL/ELT pipelines
Pre-Sales Mechanics
3 to 8 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting roles, ideally within enterprise software, iPaaS, or automation platforms
Proven track record of owning and delivering POCs in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to adapt narrative and depth for technical vs. business audiences
Soft Skills & Communication
Comfortable engaging with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CFO, COO), conversational, confident, and commercially aware
Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail
Strong written communication for proposals, solution documents, and internal handoffs
Preferred / Good To Have
Prior experience with iPaaS or integration platforms: MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, or similar
Exposure to AI agent frameworks or agentic workflow design
Understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and B2B integration patterns
Exposure with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server architecture or LLM-connected tool ecosystems is added advantage
Domain depth in one or more verticals: Manufacturing, Retail/eCommerce, Healthcare, Logistics, or Financial Services
Education & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
Preferred / Additional Qualifications
MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (preferred for candidates targeting enterprise or strategic accounts)
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Engineering is a plus
