Oracle Cloud Analyst

• Partner with key team members to analyze business needs and solution requirements
• Create a collaboration framework and lead cross-functional development, business, and IT teams
• Build and own functional and technical design specifications, including data flows
• Develop solution prototypes and manage the solution development lifecycle
• Participate in technology selection processes and lead coordination with external vendors
• Lead organizational change management and solution transition planning
• Work within project management or agile delivery methodologies
• Participate in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Support solution planning, including estimation for implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Drive innovation and promote continuous improvement in design and delivery practices
• Support and maintain standards for Oracle Cloud solutions and frameworks
• Provide management and oversight for successful delivery of solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Finance
• 4+ years of experience in:
• Business requirements analysis
• Documenting process flows, functional requirements, and training materials
• Experience with:
• Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (SMC)
• Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
• Knowledge of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) applications is a plus
• Experience with at least two Oracle EBS (R12) implementations in Supply Chain or Finance modules is highly desired
• Basic knowledge of SQL and other technical tools/concepts is preferred
