Job Description of Solution Lead- IT Infrastructure Services
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating with Tower architects and producing IT infrastructure proposals to the RFP/ RFI/RFQ/ RFS and proactive opportunities for Service desk, Workplace services, Datacenter, Network, Compute, storage, Database, IT Service Management, Tools, Collaboration etc.
- Understands the business requirements to articulate Infra solutions taking into considerations all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Delivers of compliant, professionally produced proposals for within customer defined timeframes
- Coordinates and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from technical architects, sales, marketing, finance, commercial, legal and delivery teams
- Communicates and influence at a senior level and lead the solution presentation
- Performs the effort estimation, resource planning and estimation based on scope of work.
- Document template management in line with company branding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree educated
- 9+ Years IT Infrastructure experience with least 3 years working experience at any capacity in Solution responses
Skills Needed
- Ability to understand Customer requirements and clearly articulate technical options to Bid / Solution teams
- Good teaming skills to prepare a multi divisional bids
