The Solutions Engineer is part of the Workmarket Implementation team and in this role, will build / configure automation or integration relays between other products clients use and Workmarket.
In this role, the Solution Engineer must join the pre-sales call with the Sales team and the client to understand the client requirement and confirm our ability to develop what the client wants.
Additionally they will need to speak with the client, during the Implementation cycle to demonstrate how the relay / automation / integration works and how the client has to use it. For this reason, they have to work US work hours i.e. India night shift
What is an Automation / Integration / Relay : Clients could be using other applications for scheduling or work assignment and will have a requirement to take the work schedule data / pay rate data from the non-ADP product and automate the process of creating payment requests into Workmarket or Integrate their system to Workmarket to automatically create work assignments and then create payment requests.

Preferred Shift Timings:
5:30pm India Time to 2:30am India Time. Also check if you find candidates who are willing to work in 3 pm India Time to 12 am India Time shift, but mention that they are flexible to work in night shift as per business need.
Good communication skills are essential because this is a partly client facing role.

Our services cover diverse domains such as payroll processing, benefits administration, tax & financial services and pre-employment services.
ADP India has also received the ISO 27001 certification.
The service delivery can be broadly classified as:
- Non-voice Processes : Transaction Processing, Analytics, Data Conversion, Implementation Support etc.
-Voice Processes: Participant customer calls and client technical support, Tier 1 & 2 services
