Role Objective
The Solution Delivery Engineer / Senior Engineer will be responsible for hands-on deployment, configuration, testing, integration, and support of Pertsol's solutions across customer environments.

- Engineer: 25 years
- Senior Engineer: 58 years
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and integrate Pertsol's solutions on customer infrastructure.
- Work on Linux-based systems, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Support OSS/BSS, Network, or IT solution deployments.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
- Prepare technical documentation and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Operations teams during handover.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux, shell scripting, Location-Based Services (LBS), Lawful Interception (LI), SQL, databases, and telecom networking fundamentals.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as OpenStack, AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of telecom systems, protocols, and vendor/operator processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working in 24x7 telecom operations environments is preferred.
