- Strong customer focus and ability to drive technical solutions quickly and effectively that meet customer
- Ability to demonstrate ESM products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical
- Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for Presentations, demo and
- Staying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the solutions including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security
- Proficiency in understanding, managing and executing Sales process and Should be well versed with Strategic Account planning and management.
- Assisting the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs
- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via WebEx.
- Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s)
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor
- Supporting Marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars
- Work closely with the Development and Implementation team to provide the right solution to the
- Would need to travel in the region to meet customers/partners.

Qualification
- ITIL V4/V3 proficiency or Expert certified with Exceptional English communication and presentation
- Min 5 + years of Presales experience in ITSM/ESM/ITAM/Automation solutions like Service Now, BMC, HP,
- Hands on experience on Tools like SUMMIT, Service Now, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk Manager, Manage Engine etc. is
- Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology
- Technical understanding of Infra , network and DB
- Functional knowledge of scripting and application development technologies like Java, .Net , Java script
- Worked in bid and pre sales environments with experience of large-scale ESM
- Experience of supporting a sales team to win new business in new and existing accounts.
