1.Key Responsibilities:

System Architecture Design:

Develop end-to-end system architectures for complex projects within the Telecom and e-commerce domains.

Provide innovative and scalable solutions that align with business goals.

2.Telco Domain Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience within the Telco domain, particularly in Business Support Systems (BSS).

Understand Telco client requirements and contribute to tailored solutions.

3.Business and Stakeholder Requirements Management:

Effectively manage and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring a harmonized approach to solution design.

4.Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrate hands-on development experience in Java or ReactJS.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire technology stack.

5.Flow Diagrams and Documentation:

Create detailed flow diagrams in Confluence and other diagrams such as C4 Context and Container diagrams, Deployment Diagrams, Sequence diagrams, and Use Case or UMLdiagrams.

Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and serves as a valuable reference for all stakeholders.

6.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Interact seamlessly with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, business analysts, product owners, development leads, development teams, testing teams, and DevOps teams.

Foster collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.

7.Client Engagement:

Engage with Telco clients and e-commerce stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and requirements.

Act as a key technical representative in client interactions.

8.Quality Attributes and Non-Functional Requirements:

Prioritize and ensure that system architectures meet non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and reliability.

Strive for excellence in delivering high-quality solutions.

Skills and Competencies:

Exceptional system architecture design skills.

Proficient in using tools for creating flow diagrams, including Confluence and other relevant diagramming tools.

Excellent business requirements management and stakeholder communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective collaboration and leadership skills.

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with Telco domain Business Support Systems (BSS).

Ability to work on e-commerce projects with a focus on web-based or non-telecom solutions.

Not a technical lead or lead developer associated with a small team; rather, able to engage and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
