Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architect ServiceNow COE

• 8 to 10 years in IT with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture and COE leadership.
• Design and maintain end to end architecture for ServiceNow solutions across ITSM HRSD GRC SecOps and custom applications Solutions Design documented able to make recommendations after analysis.
• Define integration strategies with third party systems using RESTSOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with business leaders IT teams and external partners to align solutions with strategic objectives.
• Proficiency in scripting JavaScript Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
