Job description
- Engage with key stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements for the core integration and controls.
- Interpret technical and business objectives and challenges to define technical designs and solutions.
- Document high level and low-level designs.
- Present IIQ solution designs for relevant architecture and security approval forums.
- Establish IAM best practices, design patterns, and standards for solution design to ensure consistent and reliable implementation.
- Integrate SailPoint with core systems identified including HR Systems, ServiceNow, Active Directory, RACF, PAM and other applications.
- Deliver IAG processes including Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leavers (JML), Access Request, Segregation of Duties, RBAC.
- Develop custom connectors, rules, workflows and data models on SailPoint.
- Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate BAU teams and partners
Requirement:
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex Identity and Access Governance programmes independently with little oversight.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, DORA, FRA, GDPR etc.) and their impact on IGA systems.
- Experience of integrating IAG solution with Mainframe platforms (including RACF, ACF2, etc).
- Experience of integrating IGA solutions with ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
- Experience of integrating IGA solutions with secrets management/vault technology such as HashCorp vault.
- Experience of integrating IGA with PAM solutions such CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea etc).
- Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
