Solution Architect, Power Platform (Workflow Orchestration & Agentic AI)
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Enable the business strategy by defining and driving platform architecture with a specific focus on Workflow orchestration & Agentic AI.
- Define, Design, Develop, and deploy modern applications which augment existing capabilities based on Power Platform & Agentic AI.
- Support Enterprise architects for executing technology selection and architecture evaluation (e.g.: Technology Market Scans, evaluation through RFP /RFI process, Framing, and Value Prototyping) within respective domain and adhering to EA guidelines.
- Be the trusted advisor for Sr. stakeholders and ensure architecture design is aligned and supported by them
- Establish strong communication within Platform including DevOps teams, to ensure solutions are built as designed.
- Shape the architecture guardrails & guidelines for the enterprise on Workflow & Agentic AI platforms.

You are responsible for
- Assisting Enterprise Architecture with technology and new feature evaluations.
- Develop prototypes & POCs, write code, and demonstrate solution feasibility.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate emerging technologies.
- Drive architecture deliverables by setting clear priorities and managing demand.
- Creating and maintaining architecture guidelines and guardrails documentation for workflow orchestration and Agentic AI solutions, primarily within Power Platform automation initiatives.
- Providing consulting support throughout project vision, strategy, architecture, and development phases ensuring timely delivery in accordance with EA principles, standards, and guidelines.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members on automation tools, features, and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve architecture guidelines to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster strong collaboration with other architects & dev-ops teams for cross-platform architecture design.
- Contribute input and guidance to the overall architecture and roadmap.
- Lead the design and development of advanced automation solutions using Power Platform, Appian, Copilot, AI technologies, and microservices.
- Implement AI-driven features by leveraging Copilot and machine learning models to enhance automation capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

- Typically requires a masteru2019s degree and +8 years of related experienceu00A0
- Has extensive experience in IT Architecture & delivery
- Conversant with Cloud and microservices architecture.
- UI Frameworks like ReactJS (is a plus) .
- Detail oriented towards technical design.
- Must be passionate about creating architecture design models and documentation
- Awareness of TOGAF 9.1/9.2 framework is good to have.
- 5+ years of experience in Architecture designs and IT implementation Appian (Business Process Management), Power Platform, APIs & Microservices.
- Application architecture knowledge around the above listed technology is desired to have
- Degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills to define high level solution architectures based on business roadmaps and requirements
- Demonstrate Sr. Stakeholder management and ability to present architecture content to Executive Management
- Abstract thinker with a helicopter view, who can find an appropriate solution to complex problems.
- Strong communicator and a good listener
- Must be result driven and ability to stay focused in a complex and demanding environment.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures and will supervise the activities of others.
- Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups. Must be a good team player.
- Able to assess E2E solutions and collaborate with other platforms. Should be long term solution driven.
- Capable of leading a virtual team within a specific domain across various groups in the organization.
- Knowledge of business models/processes as well as knowledge of the newest IT technology trends.
- Awareness of Architecture positioning in SAFe and DevSecOps framework.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
