Job Description
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing,configuring, and implementing Low-Code/No-Code solutions for our customer needs.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop technical solutions, identify gaps if any, effort estimation and ensure performant and seamless integration with existing systems. Guide and review system analyst's work.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Business Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design Solutions: Develop technical architectures and design solutions using Low-Code/No-Code platforms to address business challenges. Modularization and maximize reuse in project and across project.
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Platform Configuration: Configure and customize the Low-Code/No-Code platform to meet specific business needs. Strong understanding of UI/UX design, workflows, integrations, and database modelling.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the Low-Code/No-Code platform with customers existing systems and data sources.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
Maintain data import and export mappings and rules.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the platform.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, product management, and marketing to drive project success.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the Low- Code/No-Code solutions to ensure scalability and efficiency. Design dashboards for operations.
- Training and Support: Provide/Coordinate training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure effective use of the platform. Provide guidance and support junior members of team, set up review knowledge sharing sessions.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Low- Code/No-Code development, and apply them to improve solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or aspiring to be a Solution Architect, with a focus on Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Low-Code/No-Code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, Innoveo-Skye), integration technologies, and cloud services.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, API, Security, payment gateway is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Low-Code/No-Code platforms or solution architecture are a plus.
