We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with a strong background in Java and AWS to join our team.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, secure cloud-based solutions to meet diverse business needs.
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Drive architecture vision across application, integration, and infrastructure layers
- Apply best practices using microservices, serverless, and event-driven patterns
- Prepare detailed solution architecture deliverables, including assessments, roadmaps, and solution architecture documents
- Facilitate architecture brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions with teams and clients
- Lead technical reviews, design validations, and customer solution walkthroughs
- Enable architectural decisions across domains, focusing on data, security, and integration
- Design cloud-native applications and serverless solutions while ensuring scalability and high availability
- Conduct architecture workshops and provide guidance in customer-facing technical discussions
- Address Non-Functional Requirements such as performance, security, and scalability using architectural frameworks
Requirements
- 13-19 years of experience in solution architecture and related roles
- Proven expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
- Strong implementation knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, Step Functions, and SNS/SQS
- 3+ projects in a solution architecture capacity within the last 5 years
- Background in designing cloud-native applications and serverless solutions
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as Utility Trees and Quality Attribute Workshop (QAW)
- Understanding of performance, security, scalability, and high availability
- Capability to create detailed architecture artifacts, including solution diagrams, narratives, and WBS
- Experience in direct customer-facing technical discussions and workshops
