About The Role

As a Solution Architect, you will translate customer needs into scalable AI solutions. You will design conversational journeys, define integration requirements, and ensure what's promised is what shipspartnering closely with Implementation Engineers, Product, and Sales.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with technology while directly shaping customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and solution scoping sessions with Indian enterprise clients.
  • Design conversational flows and align internal/external stakeholders on approach.
  • Create lightweight documentation (flows, assumptions, timelines) and secure approvals.
  • Guide data and integration strategy; identify reusable patterns for scale.
  • Partner with Delivery and Implementation Engineers on acceptance criteria and change

management.

  • Provide feedback to Product/Engineering teams based on customer needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support.
  • Passion for AI, emerging tech, and voice-first products.
  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and integration skills.
  • Understanding of common integration patterns (APIs, middleware, enterprise SaaS systems).
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in BFSI, Fintech, or Financial Services.
  • Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
  • Excellent personal presentation, communication, and client-servicing skills.
