Enterprise Search engine Architect at our offshore location. Required Skills: At least 5+ years in search technologies3 years with Enterprise Search engines like Elastic Search, Fusion, Apache Solr.. Strong with Solr, schema design, query relevance, boosting. Skilled in integrating Fusion with enterprise systems. Hands on with Enterprise Search architecture, Sol Cloud, APIs, scripting. Experience with Azure and containers (Docker/K8s). Clear communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Fusion Architecture & Design Architect end to end Enterprise Search architecture solutions. Design search Engine components: query/index pipelines, signal processing, schema. Define deployment architecture: HA/DR, performance tuning, cluster management. Create integration blueprints and technical documentation. Development & Integration Implement data ingestion pipelines. Build Fusion query pipelines with personalization and boosting. Integrate Fusion with web and backend systems Enable signal tracking and ML based feedback loops. Ensure data governance and security compliance. Collaboration & Support Partner with cross functional teams to deliver search features. Provide leadership, code reviews, and mentoring. Monitor system performance and resolve search issues. Support CI/CD and deployment with DevOps. Nice to Haves: Enterprise Search Engines, Smart Answers, NLP, ML search. Dynatrace, GA4, Qualtrics. CRM (e.g., Salesforce) integration. Experience with B2B distributor portals.
