9+ years of overall IT experience (.Net with React/Nodejs) with at least 4 years in a Solution Architect or similar role
Proven experience designing enterprise-level, scalable, and secure systems
Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Role & Responsibilities

Solution Design & Client Engagement

Design comprehensive end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business objectives and quality standards
Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops with client stakeholders
Present architectural proposals and recommendations to C-level executives and technical teams
Create detailed architecture documentation including system diagrams, integration patterns, and technical specifications

Technical Leadership & Delivery

Define and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across projects
Conduct architecture reviews and provide expert guidance to development teams throughout project lifecycles
Mentor development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
Lead proof-of-concept development to validate architectural decisions and demonstrate value
Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Technology & Innovation

Evaluate and recommend optimal technologies, platforms, and frameworks considering scalability, security, and maintainability
Design cloud-native and hybrid solutions leveraging modern architecture patterns
Champion best practices in code quality, testing, security, and DevOps
