About the Role

You are passionate about transforming legacy applications into modern, scalable, cloudready platforms Do you enjoy working across diverse technologies and leading modernization at scale

We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our engineering organization and drive modernization across our desktop, web, mobile, ERP, CRM, and design solutions.

You will work closely with our AI Modernization Team, reviewing AItranspiled code and architecture, validating quality, and ensuring smooth migration into modern technologies.

  • Lead modernization of legacy desktop, web, and mobile applications.
  • Define target architectures, transition plans, and modernization strategies.
  • Comfortable working with AI-assisted development and modernization systems.
  • Evaluate technologies, conduct POCs, and recommend modernization patterns.
  • Review and approve architecture & code generated by AIbased modernization tools.
  • Work crossfunctionally with DevOps, Product, QA, UX, and AI engineering teams.
  • Guide backend modernization using .NET Core and Node.js.
  • Ensure security, scalability, performance, and architectural governance.
  • Mentor teams and contribute to architectural best practices.
  • Architect cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture & hands-on development.
  • Strong experience modernizing desktop applications (WinForms, WPF, MFC, Qt).
  • Expertise in modern fullstack developmentbackend using .NET Core and Node.js, and frontend using modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Hands-on experience architecting solutions on Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL, Service Bus, Storage, API Management).
  • Experience modernizing legacy monolithic applications into modular/cloud-ready designs.
  • Strong understanding of migration patterns: refactor, rewrite, rehost, re-platform.
  • APIfirst design using REST / GraphQL.
  • Ability to review, refine, and approve AI-generated architecture & code.
  • Excellent communication, leadership & documentation skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in complex designs.
  • Great outgoing communicator in English.
  • A College or University degree in computer science or the equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Agile development or other development methodology;
