Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Architect with strong expertise in Application Architecture, System Design, Cloud Architecture, and Modern Engineering Practices. The role involves working closely with clients, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to define solution architectures, support pre-sales engagements, conduct architecture assessments, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and system design for enterprise applications.
- Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and define technology solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, proposal reviews, and technical presentations.
- Conduct architecture assessments and provide modernization recommendations.
- Design cloud-native and distributed systems leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Define architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Application Architecture and Distributed Systems Design.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, integration patterns, and modern application platforms.
- AI fluency with a working understanding of Agentic AI concepts, multi-agent architectures, MCP, tool orchestration, and AI-assisted engineering workflows
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and platform engineering concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews.
- Experience in BFSI, Retail, or Enterprise Digital Transformation programs is a plus.
- TOGAF or architecture certifications are a plus.
