Senior Solution Architect

Requirements:

• Architectural & Data Solution Design: Create scalable, secure Microsoft Azure cloud architectures including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time analytics solutions.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective cloud and data strategies.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices and industry standards.
• Integration & Migration: Lead initiatives for seamless data and cloud integrations, managing migrations from on-premises or alternative cloud platforms.
• Data Analytics & BI: Develop solutions leveraging Azure tools, such as Power BI, to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Innovation: Stay current with Azure developments and emerging data technologies to continuously improve cloud and data capabilities.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Manage key relationships, clearly communicate technical concepts, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Preferences:

• Over 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Azure and data platforms.
• Possess relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Data Analyst Associate.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database), data management, warehousing, lakes, and analytics; also skilled in scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and data integration tools.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams, with familiarity in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve cloud and data solution issues.
• A bachelor s degree in a related field is required, with a master s degree or additional certifications seen as an advantage.
