About The Role
We're hiring a Solutions Architect in Bangalore who will work across three areas: pre-sales, post-sales, and enablement. This is a hybrid technical-commercial role. You'll advise prospects on architecture, guide implementations for enterprise customers, and build technical expertise across the team. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering and need to hold your own in technical conversations with all of them.
What You'll Do
Pre-Sales
- Partner with Sales to build technical strategies for prospective customers based on their business needs and architecture requirements
- Lead second-level product demos and Proof of Concepts for enterprise prospects
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec questionnaires
- Design solution architectures for complex prospect requirements, including SDK integrations, data flows, and partner setups
Post-Sales
- Own end-to-end onboarding of new customers, including hands-on implementation, SDK integration, and partner configuration
- Conduct onboarding business reviews to confirm technical alignment and early value delivery
- Drive adoption projects with existing customers to increase platform usage and surface upsell opportunities
- Provide technical consultation for complex customer requirements, acting as the escalation point for non-standard integrations
- Identify and mitigate technical risks across your portfolio in partnership with Customer Success and Account Management
Enablement
- Cover the full breadth of the AppsFlyer product and develop deep expertise in at least three product areas
- Deliver technical training sessions for internal teams (Sales, CSMs) and external stakeholders (clients, partners)
- Represent AppsFlyer at customer events, industry conferences, and partner forums
- Contribute product feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering based on field patterns
Who You Are
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- 3+ years of total professional experience, with 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
- Strong structured problem-solving ability. You think logically, break down ambiguity, and communicate your reasoning clearly
- Technical depth: comfortable with SDK integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and platform architecture. SQL proficiency expected
- Fluency with mobile SDKs and how they work in production environments
- Strong communication skills. Able to engage credibly with engineers, product managers, and C-level stakeholders
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable in a hybrid pre-sales and post-sales role, balancing strategic advisory with hands-on execution
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
Strong Plus
- Experience in ad-tech or mar-tech (MMP, attribution, mobile marketing, or advertising platforms)
- Experience with large-scale data sets or analytics platforms
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Fluency in additional languages
