Role Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Pro. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the module, drive solution development, and ensure smooth collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the assigned ITSM Pro module and drive endtoend accountability.
- Provide handson solution development and configuration expertise in ITSM Pro.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CMDB and ensure accurate configuration management.
- Apply strong understanding of ITSM processes to design and validate solutions.
- Liaise effectively with Business Owners and Technical Leads to align requirements.
- Review and understand requirements/stories, crossquestion business owners, seek solutions from technical leads, obtain business signoff, and provide goahead for configuration.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between business and technical teams for successful delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in ServiceNow ITSM Pro.
- Strong handson expertise in ITSM Pro solution development and CMDB.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and workflows.
- Ability to manage requirements, validate solutions, and coordinate signoffs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Bangalore or open to relocation.
