We are actively seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Solution Architect to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is for an architect with extensive experience in building video products, particularly for a massive scale OTT (Over-The-Top) platform. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of application/end-to-end architecture experience, with an added advantage for those proficient in Hybrid Cloud environments, Video Pipeline, Backend Systems, Customer Support Workflows, and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Application Development.
Key Responsibilities
- OTT Platform Architecture: Lead the hands-on product architecture for a massive scale OTT platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- End-to-End System Design: Drive the application/end-to-end architecture for video products, from conceptualization to deployment, covering all system components.
- Video Product Expertise: Apply deep knowledge in building and optimizing Video products, understanding the nuances of content delivery, streaming, and user experience at scale.
- Cloud & Infrastructure (Advantage): (Added advantage) Utilize experience with Hybrid Cloud deployments to design resilient and flexible infrastructure solutions.
- Backend & Workflow Optimization (Advantage): (Added advantage) Provide architectural leadership for Backend Systems and Customer Support Workflows, ensuring efficiency and seamless operations.
- D2C Application Development (Advantage): (Added advantage) Contribute to the architecture and development of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) applications, focusing on user experience and business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices in software design and implementation.
- Innovation & Scalability: Research and recommend new technologies and architectural patterns to support future growth and enhance platform capabilities.
Skills
- Minimum 15 years of application/end-to-end architecture experience in building video products.
- Extensive experience as a hands-on product architect for large-scale platforms.
- Proven track record with massive scale OTT platform architecture.
- Experience with Hybrid Cloud deployments (added advantage).
- Knowledge of Video Pipeline architecture (added advantage).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership in software architecture, particularly in the media or streaming industry.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
