Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management within ServiceNow.
• Ability to design and implement event management solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other platforms.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
