Project Role : Solution Architect

Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions that align with business goals. This role requires close collaboration with various teams, including sales and delivery, to craft strategies that not only meet client expectations but also support the overall business case. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure that solutions are practical, innovative, and positioned for success in a competitive environment. The Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging client requirements with technical and functional capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development of strategic solution frameworks that align with client objectives and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex problem-solving scenarios.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in designing scalable and sustainable business solutions that align with organizational strategy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve project objectives.
  • Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and their potential impact on business architecture.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Architecture.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
