Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting client needs and transforming them into unique and actionable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft strategies that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and aligned with client goals, fostering a seamless integration of technology and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions that address complex client challenges.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience in integrating AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Ability to develop architectural blueprints and technical documentation that guide development teams.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing AEM environments to ensure high performance and reliability.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
