SolidWorks Design Engineer

Location: MIDC, Badlapur East

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹21,000 – ₹40,000/month (Performance-based payroll opportunity)

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the end-to-end design process—from concept to production. You'll create and refine 2D/3D drawings for mechanical equipment, steel structures, assemblies, BOMs, and fabrication specs while ensuring precision and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design & Drafting – Prepare detailed SolidWorks models/drawings (P&IDs, exploded views, fabrication sheets, etc.).

✔ Project Management – Handle multiple complex projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

✔ Quality Assurance – Validate designs for manufacturability, technical specs, and customer needs.

✔ Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams.

✔ Travel – Occasional visits to sites across India/abroad (if required).

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Education: Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or related field.

✅ Software: Proficiency in SolidWorks (must-have).

✅ Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, strong communication.

✅ Plus: Agile/Lean experience.
