Strong knowledge and experience of supporting Solarwinds environment
Primary Skills
- Experience in the operations, management, support and administration of Solarwinds for Network monitoring including server and application.
- Experience with best practices for network monitoring including infrastructure and application
- Experience in SQL and SWQL.
- Experience in monitoring network devices and network performance
- Experience on SolarWinds upgrades and understanding of HA.
- Experience in creating Modern dashboards
- Good understanding of network environmental elements such VLANs, VPN, Protocols, routing, IP address schemes, bandwidth, network devices, etc.
- Good understanding of operating systems such Unix/Linux and Windows
- Good documentation skills
- Basic skills on project planning and management
- Excellent communication skills and customer relationship
- Experience with other monitoring tools preferably network
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
